Educational and Estate Planning Event

YOU are cordially invited to attend an educational, estate planning event to be held on Tuesday, June 3rd, from 7 to 9 pm at the Doubletree Hotel, Carmel Valley (11915 El Camino Real, San Diego, CA 92130).  The focus of this event will be on asset protection planning and also the benefits of appointing a corporate Trustee as a successor Trustee.  Participants and topics for this event will be as follows:

• John Czajkowski, CFP®, MS, owner, Heritage Wealth Managers, will moderate and explain a “Financial Advisor’s Role in the Estate Planning Process.”
• Premier Trust, a corporate Trustee located in Nevada, will the keynote speaker presenting “How a Corporate Trustee Helps with Asset Protection and Reasons to Hire a Corporate Trustee vs. Having a Family Member administer the trust at no cost”.
• Ashley E. Rathbun, Associate Attorney, will advise on the “Things that Cause Trusts to Fail.”
• James F. Watts, Attorney at Law, will coach on the “Ins and Outs of Asset Protection Trusts.”
• This event will be particularly beneficial for the following individuals:
• You and your successor Trustees because you will each learn what is expected of the successor Trustee(s).
• Clients whose trust contains asset protection provisions or who are interested in adding asset protection provisions.
