How Feng Shui Can Affect Your Health

This is a DON’T Feng Shui because too much furniture in Center. There is no breathing room in this multi-million dollar mansion. The center of the home is “stuff clutter”, which can affect your health being.

Did you know that your home can affect your health?

Ever wonder why, when you are in one home, you feel energized, and when you are in another, you feel your energy zaps away?

Take a look at your home.  First thing is to clear your clutter.

Clean your home thoroughly.  Use colors to energize the mood, for an example: Red is exciting, yet should not be the colors in your bedroom, because it is a yang color, and it will prevent your peaceful rest.

Orange and Earth colors are good colors to be used in the kitchen or dining room.

Green and Blue are calming colors, and can be used in your office to help enhance calmness and concentration.

In your home, make sure all natural lighting (yang energy) enters your home by opening your windows and your drapes during the day.

If you could, try to have a few flowers at your home, because aromas can change the atmosphere or feeling of your home, and your health being.

The center of your home represents Health.  It is the heart of your home.  Keep it clean; clear of clutter (you wouldn’t want clogged arteries, would you?)  Have a few healthy live round-leaf plants in your Health section.  I love to place yellow flowers because yellow color represents Earth which can keep us grounded, centered, and improve our health being.

Do not place any sharp or spikey plants inside your home, especially in your health section.

Our bedroom is where we spend most of our time; therefore, it affects our health greatly if we are not mindful in placing items in our bedroom.  For an example, do not have computer, television, electronic blankets or anything that has electromagnetic fields in your bedrooms.  If you live in a studio, then, put these electronic items as far as possible from your bed.

When we apply old fashion, traditional Feng Shui, we become mindful, aware, and focused which helps us tremendously to enhance Health, Wealth, and Relationships.
