Discovery the 9 Beautiful Neighborhoods of Ashley Falls

Welcome to the Ashley Falls community in the heart of Carmel Valley!  Ashley Falls is considered to be one of the most desirable areas to live! It is walking distance to the highly acclaimed Ashley Falls Elementary School and Park, numerous playgrounds and parks, close proximity to the Grace Point Church and Beth Am Temple, and conveniently located near the top ranked high schools: Torrey Pines Canyon Crest and Cathedral Catholic High.

In this video, Robbie Campbell – a resident and Realtor of Ashley Falls since April of 1995 – will take us through an in depth look into the wonderful community of Ashley Falls.  Specifically, we are going to tour some of the neighborhoods that are in the Ashley Falls community.

There are actually 9 subdivisions or neighborhoods, all which were built in the 1990’s and 2000s:

  • Sonoma (Built by Baldwin) – has Mediterranean exteriors and with 4 very light and bright open different floor plans ranging from 4 -5 bedrooms.  The largest plan has an upstairs media loft , ranging from  approximately 3,200 sq ft  to approximately 4,100 sq ft.
  • The Estates (built by Baldwin) – has the same basic design as Sonoma but its 3 floor plans with 4-5 bedrooms have approximately between 2,800 -3,400 sq ft.
  • Huntington Heights (built by Pardee Homes) – with its lovely different exterior designs, features 3 floor-plans ranging from approximately 3,000 sq ft to 3,700 sq ft for 4-5 bedrooms; the larger plans feature an  upstairs bonus room.
  • Private Collection and Amador homes (both built by Davidson) – have a very different feel to them with Spanish exteriors and European type floor-plans.  They are larger with 4-6 bedrooms ranging from approximately 3,800 sq ft to 4,400 sq ft.
  • Provance (built by Standard Pacific) – boasts 4 different 4-5 bedroom floor-plans with different exterior styles ranging  from approximately 3,200 to 3,600 sq ft.
  • Palma Del Mar (built by Pardee Homes) – boasts the only single story home with approximately 2,200 sq ft and the other plans have 4-5 bedrooms rangeing up to approximately 3,200 sq ft.
  • The Palisades, built by Standard Pacific  and Watercolors (both built by Houkvanian) – South of Carmel Knolls,  you will find these neighborhoods and these lovely homes ranging from 3 bedrooms + den to 5 bedrooms between approximately  2,200 and  3,000 sq ft. .
