Ashley Falls Elementary serves grades Kindergarten through Sixth, and has approximately 470 students.  It is one of the few public elementary schools in California to have received a California Distinguished School rating of 10 out of 10.  The school is centrally located, and is a beautiful campus filled with playgrounds, and technology filled classrooms.

Robbi has earned the prestigious CDPE Certified Distressed Property Expert designation having completed extensive training in foreclosure avoidance, with a particular emphasis on short sales.
