Carmel Valley Sushi Flavor Is On a Roll

Carmel Valley Katana Sushi

Local Carmel Valley Sushi Favorite

For those who live in Carmel Valley but don’t want to venture too far to get great Carmel Valley sushi, you have to visit Katana Sushi in the Carmel Country Plaza. This sweet spot may not be on the top 10 list of best sushi restaurants in San Diego, but it is a favorite of mine and I frequent this joint at least twice a month.

The flavor packed signature rolls like the Ex-girlfriend (not on the menu) and the Spicy Plus rolls are mouth watering and keep me coming back for more! The service is great but the prices can’t be beat with daily specials on the half off menu, which is easy on the pocket book if you eat as much Carmel Valley sushi as I do.

Katana Sushi is located in the Carmel Country Plaza in the Carmel Valley San Diego community at 12880 Carmel Country Rd, San Diego, CA 92130. Many Carmel Valley restaurants offer great food and atmosphere but this knocks my socks off every time! I have always had great service, even better food, and the price is just right!

  1. I agree. The Ex-girlfriend truly leaves a wonderful taste on the palate. Best with Sake.
