Del Mar Country Club Showcases Stunning “French Country Home”

This video was taken on a day that my new listing at 6398 Clubhouse Drive was showcased to other Luxury Real Estate Agents in the area.  This listing is very unique and provides a lifestyle only available to a fortunate few. Within the exclusive Del Mar Country Club, it is secure and private with 2.38 acres and nearly 500 linear feet of unobstructed, panoramic, 180 degree views of fairways, greens and lake. There are 6 bedrooms, 8 baths and a secluded Guest House.

Our Broker’s Open House was held on a Tuesday afternoon for the Rancho Santa Fe Caravan Tour #702.  We held this fabulous estate open with extended hours from 2-6pm. The goal was to allow agents to privately tour the estate while allowing them to linger and enjoy a late lunch.  The event was catered by REAL Food & Spirits in Solana Beach – equipped with a pizza oven,  the food was a HUGE crowd pleaser.  The weather turned out perfect with a slight break in the clouds allowing us to enjoy a glorious sunset complete with hot air balloons.
Agents mingled and enjoyed pizza, salad and deserts as they took in the serene and private setting overlooking the lake and the 4th and 5th holes of the golf course.  The feedback from touring agents was positive and congratulatory and they were happy to have had the opportunity to view such an exquisite property.  Many felt that the European style of the home was refreshing and were intrigued by the possibility of growing a vineyard on the eastern edge of the grounds.
I had some very much needed assistance for the event from Moose Mau and Chaz Hinz with Guaranteed Rate.  They helped organize the event and they and their team were present on the day to ensure that everything ran smoothly.  Sheri LaCasella and Heike Mannix were present to promote their transaction coordinating business and offer a draw to the agents for attending.  I’m not sure who won but I’m sure whoever did – they won some great goodies!!!
Overall the event was a huge success.  We had an exceptional turnout – our goal was to showcase this listing and that is exactly what we did…… with some flair!
