Hello Torrey Hills Center!

One of Carmel Valley’s Shopping Centers

There’s something special about Torrey Hills Center in the Carmel Valley San Diego community. Maybe it’s the wonderful diversity of people that visit it on a weekly basis? If you take some time to visit the center, whether it be for coffee at Starbucks, or for a last minute stop at the local Vons for some groceries, you’ll notice the center’s uniqueness almost immediately. Personally, I think its a great place to go because it allows you to experience both a peaceful and stimulating environment almost simultaneously. There’s a beautiful fountain with running water that makes the place always feel soothing and relaxing, yet at the same time the cheerful kids and peppy dogs passing through to visit the local dog park create a very family friendly atmosphere.
Located South of the SR-56 and East of the 5 Freeway, Torrey Hills Center is home to many enjoyable shops and restaurants. It is nestled in the heart of southern part of the Carmel Valley San Diego community yet still very close (approximately less than 2miles) to popular local beaches such as Del Mar.
In addition to shopping and eating, there is a big medical professional building where you can visit many different medical practitioners such as dentist, chiropractors, doctors and physical therapist. If you’re in the mood to do some banking, there’s a local Wells Fargo to assist you.
During this short video above, we were able to visit with local resident and business-owner Carly Bohnsack. She shared a few thoughts regarding the shopping center and shared with us her favorite spot at the center. According to Carly, one of the many benefits to shopping and visiting the center is its location to her office and freeways. In addition, she enjoys working out at the local Yoga Studio, Sculpt Fusion Yoga.
