“Van Halen” is the Pet of the Week

Carmel Valley San Diego Community | John Van Zante | Van Halen“Van Halen” is the pet of the week at your Rancho Coastal Humane Society.  He’s a 4 year old, 50 pound, Hungarian Vizsla / Retriever mix.

One of the care providers at Rancho Coastal Humane Society describes Van Halen as a “love hog.” Van Halen’s motto is “I get up, and nothing gets me down.”  He’s happy to jump right into the center of activities.  Because he’s strong and enthusiastic, he’ll probably do better in a home with no small children.  He was transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society through the Friends of County Animal Shelters program.

After going from his family to an animal shelter, then being transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society, Van Halen is ready to end his tour and start making beautiful music with his new family.

Van Halen’s $145 adoption fee includes his medical exam, up to date vaccinations, neuter, and microchip.
