WHAT:  The Souplantation Del Mar location is getting a fresh-lift! During a grand re-opening event on February 28, the build-your-own-meal restaurant will debut a farmer’s market-style remodel that brings the wholesome freshness of its food to the forefront.

In addition to the remodel, Souplantation will introduce a selection of new items to the existing menu consisting of locally-sourced and made-from-scratch salads, soups, and baked goods that diners have come to love over the years. Some of the new products include freshly grilled cage-free and antibiotic-free chicken skewers, Niman Ranch steak skewers, decadent desserts and coming soon – a local craft beer and wine program.

This is the same Souplantation San Diegans have come to know and love, but with new features to make it fresher, friendlier and more lively than ever.

Upon entering, guests will be reawakened by the bright sights, crisp sounds and delicious tastes of freshness. The revamped interior of Souplantation will include a brand new salad bar, hardwood floors, chalkboard menus, modern glasses & dishware and upbeat music.

EVENT:  The Grand Re-Opening of Souplantation Del Mar will include:

  • Small bite samples of new menu items
  • A chance to win a year of free meals in a grand prize giveaway
  • Live cooking demo from Raw Foods Chef, Joy Houston
  • Live music from Casey Turner
  • Gift bags for the first 100 guests
  • 10% of all proceeds from the night of the event will be donated to the local branch of Boys & Girls Clubs of America

WHEN:  Thursday, February 28, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

WHERE:  Souplantation Del Mar, 3804 Valley Centre Drive, San Diego, CA 92130
