With the holidays coming just around the corner, there’s no denying the fact that most of us our probably going to eat a lot more than what we normally do. It’s hard to say no to an extra serving (or two!) of grandma’s delicious sweet potato pie when she only makes it once a year! To help combat the overeating that often occurs during the Holiday season, it is the perfect time to get out and try Xtend Barre, located in Carmel Valley.
Xtend Barre is a great cardio and resistance workout that really sculpts and shapes your body, but in a fun and challenging setting. The classes are a total body workout, and will strengthen, lengthen, and stretch the body, leaving you with a long and lean physique. I’ve even heard some people refer to this workout as a “drug,” because once you start you will definitely become addicted!
Xtend Barre is a great workout for everyone, whether you are a fitness junkie searching for a new challenge or a beginner simply looking to lose weight. Each session is 55 minutes long, and is filled with a combination of Pilates and dance techniques that have been designed to create a total body transformation. Members will be challenged in a fun environment and will burn anywhere from 500-700 calories a session!
Be sure to stop by Xtend Barre and try one of the amazing classes they have to offer. With all of the excess eating that comes with holiday get-togethers, it’s the perfect time to try a new workout that will leave you feeling lean and toned throughout the holidays.
